Finding the balance between the physical and the metaphysical has always been important to me. While I am a deeply intuitive person, I still very much live in the physical world and I want to be able to relate to the people in my life. I try to have a very grounded approach to my spiritual practices. Being practical, simplistic, and able to incorporate it into my every day is super important to me. I don’t have time for complicated and confusing spiritual work and neither do you.
I am a grounded and well-rounded spiritual medium and energy healer. I specialize in channeled readings from the Akashic Records, Oracle Card Readings, and Shamanic or Reiki Healing. I began my spiritual journey almost 13 years ago, and I can honestly say it has been a wild ride to get me to this space. I am excited to share with you my journey and experiences along the way that got me here today. My dream is to help spiritual women, who are new on this path find their way. Using the multitude of tools and experience I have gained through my practice I can help you with connecting to your own inner guidance. I am a huge proponent of self-leadership and finding how to live your life in the most authentic way.
I have worked with people of all ages as a dental hygienist, as a care provider and a wellness coach for the last 14 years. This has helped me see that ultimately everyone faces the same inner conflicts just to varying degrees. I further pursued my education in earning a BA in Psychology to help grow my coaching practice, with a focus on getting out of your own way, and figuring out how to un-stuck yourself, by tuning into your inner guidance.
I have been deeply following my intuition through this time, learning how to develop trust and listen deeper to hear over the noise of the ego. Along the way I have been collecting and perfecting different spiritual tools to help me with my inner work and move through blocks that kept me small. I have learned the art of Shamanic Practice and Journeying, Channeling, connecting with spirits (passed on loved ones), working with Spirit Guides, accessing the Akashic Records, connecting to inner sources (emotional splenic and sacral) of authority, channeling my intuition, inner child and shadow work, emotion code, Reiki, muscle testing and pendulum work, grounding and energy balancing. Among many others that I continue to pick up along the way. Welcome to my journey, from my early awakening to finding the grace in pivoting in my life, facing my deepest shadows and fears, and finally finding the space to grow an intuitively lead business and a life of inner freedom…
My dream is to create a space for like minded souls to come together and grow and learn how to navigate this life. Everything just makes more sense when you are connected to your tribe. I love helping people see the light that shines within themselves, and grow their own spiritual practice that fits and makes sense for the life they live.
